ROCHESTER, NY - On Wednesday morning, the Empire 8 released its Fall 2025 President's List, a prestigious honor that was collected by 158 Pioneer standouts. These athletes demonstrated excellence in the classroom, earning a semester-long GPA of 3.75 or higher. Their contributions to the university and the student body cannot be understated, and they've overcome the challenges and massive commitment of being a student-athlete to achieve top marks in their various programs.
 
In addition, Utica University posted the fifth-most Empire 8 President's List recipients among the 12 full-time members of the conference, tying with SUNY Geneseo, an academic powerhouse of similar size to the U.

The Pioneers also brought in stellar team success, contributing heavily to the Empire 8's record 194 teams that achieved All-Academic status. 13 Pioneer programs achieved a team-wide Fall 2025 GPA of 3.20 or higher, earning Empire 8 All-Academic Team recognition.
