NOTE: Thank you for your support of Utica University hockey and for purchasing a men’s ice hockey season ticket.  
 
REGULAR SEASON: The season ticket you have purchased is valid for Utica University men's ice hockey regular season games that take place in the Adirondack Bank Center only. Occasionally, because of scheduling conflicts, Utica University men's ice hockey may have to play at another rink including the Nexus Center. If that occurs a separate ticket will need to be purchased for those games on a first-come, first serve basis. It is not part of the season ticket package.
 
CONFERENCE PLAYOFFS: If Utica qualifies for a home UCHC playoff or championship game, we will make every effort to afford you the opportunity to purchase the seat you have had, prior to opening sales to the general public. However, there are policies set forth by the UCHC that will require Utica as the host site to set aside a portion of group seating for visiting fans. This can displace season ticket holders from the seats they are accustomed to.  
 
NCAA TOURNAMENT GAMES: NCAA games require Utica as the host to follow expanded reserved seating policies. These policies require a large section of group seating to be reserved for the visiting team (usually behind the visitors bench and sections above the bench) which will  disrupt the seating people are used to. As a result of the obligations we have for hosting an NCAA game, and because of the number of ticket holders that will be displaced, tickets for NCAA games will be sold on a first-come first serve basis. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
