Utica University Athletics

Michael was born and raised in Amsterdam, NY. He graduated in 2018 from Amsterdam High School. Michael joined the utica pioneers in the fall of 2020 where he was pursuing his
degree in Cybersecurity after obtaining his associates degree. Michael was a veteran member of the utica's esports club kicking off the start of the super smash brothers
the super smash team on campus. Michael graduated from utica in the spring of 2022 with his degree in Cybersecurity and returned 
to Utica to pursue his masters degree.

Prior to Utica, Michael was always invested in video games. It started as playing in group settings with his friends.
Then it evolved into something greater and wanting to play in a more competitive space. Michael started competing in local
tournaments in his hometown and after success, he realized he wanted to represent a team.

Fun fact about Mike: He is a wedding DJ that works on the weekend.
