Jasmine Webb was hired in the Winter of 2014 by Utica College Head Track & Field/Cross Country Coach Jason Rose. Webb will assist Coach Eric Parker with the men’s and women’s sprinters. She will also assist Coach Rose with all other facets of the indoor and outdoor programs including scouting, recruiting and day-to- day operations in the office.
Webb is a 2014 graduate from McNeese State University where she earned a degree in Business Management. In her two years at McNeese, Webb compiled an impressive resume on and off the track. Along with two-All-Southland Conference selections (2013/1st Team Outdoor All –SLC, 2014/3rd Team Indoor All-SLC), she was named the 2013 Southland Conference Outdoor Female Athlete of the Year, the 2013 SLC Outdoor Newcomer of the Year and a 2013 All-Louisiana selection (100m, 200m, 4x100 relay). She was also named the McNeese State Alumni Most Valuable Athlete. She is currently the McNeese State record holder in the 55m, 60m, 100m, 200m and 400m relay
Off the track, she earned 2013 SLC All-Academic honors and was a 2013 USTFCCCA All-Academic pick. She also earned Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll honors.
Prior to McNeese, she competed for two years at Texas-Pan American where she qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminaries in the 100 meters.
She is the school record holder in the 100m with a time of 11.61, which placed her second at the Great West Conference Championships.
While in high school at Bishop Dunne Catholic School, Webb earned eight varsity letters (four in basketball and four in track and field) and was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Future Business Leaders of America.
Originally from Dallas, TX, Jasmine currently resides in New Hartford, NY with her husband Jerome.
