ROCHESTER, NY - Kaiden McCaskill (Rome, NY/Rome Free Academy) of the Utica University men's outdoor track and field team has been named the Empire 8 Field Athlete of the Week, as announced by the league on Monday. 
 
Kaiden McCaskill (Rome, NY/Rome Free Academy) cleared 2.01m in the high jump to place second at the Farley Inter-Regional Extravaganza on Saturday. It was a personal best for McCaskill and the number three all-time mark in program history. 
 
Those qualified are set to compete at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Track & Field Conference Championships at SUNY Cortland this Wednesday and Thursday.
