General: From Oriskany, NY, Tinney is a 2016 graduate from Oriskany High School. While there Tinney set both the 55m and 300m high school records. At Utica, the Empire 8 Champion earned an All-Conference First Team award, as well as an Indoor Track Sportsman of the Year Award in 2023. He is pursuing his MBA in business management.
