Biography

2016: Throughout the course of the indoor season he competed in nine meets … He ran a large variety of races during the season including the 500M, 800M, 1000M, Mile, 4X4, 4X8 and even the DMR … His best 500M time of the season was 1:11.48 which he ran at the Continental Indoor Track & Field Invitational (1/23/16) … The best Mile time he recorded was at the Utica College Clark Invitational as he finished with a time of 4:55.34 (1/16/16) … The best 4X4 time he helped achieve was at the Utica College Doris Miga Invitational finishing with a time of 3:38.91 (2/6/16).
 
He also did a lot for the team during the outdoor track season …  During the outdoor season he recorded an even better time in the 4X4 with a time of 3:30.95 at the St. John Fisher College Last Chance Meet (5/14/16) … He recorded his best 800M time of the year at NYSCTC Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 1:57.95 (5/6/16).

Personal: Ashton is a 2015 graduate of Whitesboro and the son of Cheryl and Lane Ashton ... He is currently pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy.
