Biography

2016: Throughout the course of his freshman year he competed in ten meets during the indoor season … At the Utica College Doris Miga Invitational he ran his best 200M time of the season with a time of 23.35 (2/6/16) … He also ran his best 400M time of the season with at time of 51.70 at the Utica College Doris Miga Invitational … The 4X4 team he was a part of ran their best time of 3:25.15 at the ECAC Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships (3/4/16).
 
During the outdoor season he participated at eight different meets … He set his fastest 200M time of his young college career at 22.91 in the race during the Hamilton Mid-Week meet (4/19/16) … His personal record for the 400M was 49.04 which he ran at the ECAC Division III Track & Field  Championships where he placed eighth at (5/18/16).

Personal: Gangemi is a 2015 graduate of Cornwall Central High School and the son of Terry and Patrick Gangemi ... He is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.
