Biography

2016: Participated in events at nine meets for the Pioneers as a freshman during the indoor season … His best 1000M time of 2:34.63 came in the meet at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational (2/20/16) ... With a time of 4:28.10 he recorded his best Mile run of the season at the Empire 8 Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/13/16) … Had one first place finish on the season which came during the 4X8 relay he was a part of at the Utica College Jen & Todd Hutton Invitational with a time of 8:37.37 (12/12/15).
 
Over the course of the outdoor season he competed in eight different meets … His best 400M race came at the Hamilton Mid-Week meet where he ran a time of 51.31 (4/19/16) … At the NYSCTC Outdoor Track & Field Championships he ran his best time of 1:55.19 in the 400M earning him third place (5/6/16) … He ran his best 3000 Steeple time of 10:05.24 at the Empire 8 Track & Field Championships (4/23/16).

Personal: Sutton is a 2015 graduate of Whitesboro High School and the son of Beth and Bill Sutton ... He is currently pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy.
