Biography

2016: Zizzo participated in seven outdoor track meets last season… During the outdoor season, she threw her best shot put distance of 10.47 meters at the Empire 8 Track and Field Championships (4/23/16)… Zizzo also had her best discus toss distance of 30.25 meters at the Jerry Gravel Classic (4/16/16)… She even set her best hammer throw distance of 34.12 meters at the Jerry Gravel Classic. 
 
2015-2016: Zizzo competed in eight indoor track meets last season… During the indoor track season, she recorded her best weight throw distance of 10.35 meters at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational (2/20/16).  

Personal: Zizzo is a 2015 graduate of Massapequa High School and the daughter of ToniAnn and Jon Zizzo ... She is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing.
