Biography

2016: Competed at five meets for the team throughout the indoor season … Recorded his best time in the Mile at the Utica College Doris Miga Invitational with a time of 4:47.07 (2/6/16) … His top 3000M time was 9:43.48 and he ran that at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational (2/20/16) … His best 5000M of the season was recorded at 17:56.11 during the Continental Indoor Track & Field Invitational (1/23/16).

During the course of the outdoor season he participated at seven different meets for the Pioneers … He mainly ran the 400M Hurdles but also ran the 800M and the 1500M once … His time on his one 800M of the season was 2:12.68 which he ran at the Hamilton Mid-Week meet (4/19/16) … The 1500M time that he ran at the Alvernia Crusader Invitational was 4:46.05 (4/2/16) … The best 400M Hurdles time he recorded in the spring season was 59.62 that he ran at the NYSCTC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/6/16).

Personal: Sherman is a 2015 graduate of Brick Memorial High School and the son of Dolores Sherman ... He is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.
