Mark Mattice was hired in the Summer of 2012 as the offensive tackles coach for the Utica College football program. His previous coaching experience includes a five year term as an assistant coach for Holland Patent High School.
As a player, Mark was part of two Section 5 Championships at LeRoy High School and went on to a four year career at Hartwick College where he was a three-year starter and earned Empire 8 All-Conference Second Team honors on the offensive line as a junior in 2002.
Mattice graduated from Hartwick in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in History and went on to receive his Master’s in Education from Robert Wesleyan College (2005-2006).
Currently residing in Utica, Mark teaches Social Studies at Mount Markham and is an active member of the NYS Football Coaches Association.
