2014: Opened his senior season at the SUNYIT Short Course Invitational (8/30/14) in 21^st place with a time of 21:03… Placed 5^th at the Steven Warde Invitational (9/6/14) with a time of 30:56.9… Had a season best time of 27:24.5 at the 36^th Annual Geneseo Cross Country Invitational (10/4/14) where he placed 36^th overall… Placed 37^th at the NYSCTC Championships (10/25/14) with a time of 27:57.3… Finished the season at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships (11/15/14) where he placed 130^th with a time of 27:30.8.

2013: McNamara started his junior season placing 11^th at the Steven Warde Invitational (9/7/13) finishing with the time of 29:40.0, the team placed first at the meet…  Tied for 69^th at the Saratoga Cross Country Invitational (9/20/13) finishing with a time of 28:39.2…  Tied for 39^th at the Hamilton College Cross Country Invitational (10/12/13), clocking a 28:47.4 finish…  Tied for 46^th at the NYSCTC Cross Country Championships (10/26/13), finishing with a time of 28:47.1.  

2012: McNamara placed sixth for Utica and 25th overall, out of 100 racers, on 9/8/12 with a final time of 32:44 at the Cobleskill Invitational…  At the Empire 8 Championships on 10/27/12, he followed up with a 39th place finish and a time of 29:01…  He concluded his second-year finishing in 212th place at the Division III Atlantic Regionals clocking a final time of 29:23.4. 

2011: Placed 30th overall on 9/3/11 at the Colgate Invite with a final time of 23:55… Finished 44th, out of 148 runners, the following week at the Oswego State Invite on 9/10/11 with a time of 29:31…  Took 37th overall, out of 77 racers, at the E8 Championships with a time of 28:42.

Personal: Jamie is a 2011 graduate of Mayfield Central School and is the son of Sue and Jeff McNamara.... He is currently pursuing his degree in Accounting.
