Utica University Athletics

Ben Schoen is entering his seventh season as assistant coach of the men's lacrosse team. In 2008 he stepped down from his position as graduate assistant and he now serves as a part-time assistant coach.  He is also a full-time social studies teacher at Whitesboro High School. 

A 2004 graduate of Utica College, Schoen spent four seasons as a starter on the Pioneer lacrosse team. Named a 2003 Parnell Coaches Award winner, Schoen completed his collegiate career with 18 goals and 41 assists (59 Points).

Schoen, who also serves as manager of the GB Lax / Schoen Bros. Lacrosse, graduated from UC in May with a master's degree in special education.  He currently resides in Whitesboro, NY.
