Junior Meghan Fiore of the Utica College women’s basketball team was named the College’s Female Athlete of the Week, Monday.
Fiore, a native of Epping, NH, became just the 10th player in program history to record 1,000 career points on Friday as UC fell to Hartwick 68-46. She averaged 15.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 1.7 blocks, and shot 45.5 percent from the floor as UC went 0-3 this past week.
