Senior Adam Graff of the Utica College men’s ice hockey team was named the College’s Male Athlete of the Week on Monday.

The power forward from Bear, Delaware was instrumental in the team’s two road victories against ECAC West rivals Manhattanville and Neumann. Graff had UC’s first goal in its 2-1 victory against Manhattanville Friday, and followed that up with a goal and an assist as Utica thumped Neumann 6-2. The win at Neumann marks UC’s largest margin of victory at the Ice Works since the 2008-2009 season, and was also Utica’s second consecutive victory in that building.

Graff now has three goals this season, and 54 for his career.

The Pioneers remain undefeated on the road at 3-0, and have an overall record of 5-1 to start the season. They’ll look to avenge their only loss thus far as they visit the Hobart Statesmen on Friday and Saturday.
