UTICA, NY -- Senior forward Gabrielle Schnepp of the Utica College women’s hockey team has been selected as the College’s Co-Female Athlete of the Week for her performance in a trio of victories for the Pioneers.
By the end of the week Schnepp moved into fourth place on the College’s career scoring list with 114 career points as she had two goals and two assists. On Tuesday, she scored an insurance goal with just over a minute remaining in regulation to help the Pioneers down Potsdam 3-1. On Friday, she had two assists in the Pioneers’ 6-0 win over the Cortland Red Dragons, she followed that up with a goal in UC’s 4-2 win on Saturday.Â
