Utica University Athletics

UTICA, NY- Junior Hannah Voss of the Utica College volleyball team was named the College’s Female Athlete of the Week on Monday.
 
Voss totaled 29 kills, 13 service aces, and a team-best 51 digs as Utica went 2-2 last week. For her efforts, she was named to the All-Tournament team at Oswego last weekend after helping lead the Pioneers to a 2-1 record in the tournament. 
 
On the season, Voss leads the team with 132 digs and 19 service aces.  She is also second on the squad with 67 kills.  The Pioneers open up Empire 8 Conference play at home Wednesday evening as they welcome Hartwick College.  Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
