Utica, NY – Keanu Heedram of the Utica College men’s track and field team has been named UC Co-Male Athlete of the Week for his work over the weekend.
 
At the Hamilton College Invitational on Saturday, Heedram once again broke his own school and E8 record with his first place performance in the shot put event. He recorded a distance of 16.38 meters to re-write his previous records in the shot put. Keanu also threw a mark of 46.75 meters to win the discus.
 
The Pioneers head to Westfield State University this upcoming weekend to compete at the Jerry Gravel Classic on Saturday.
