Martin Mendoza has been named a Pioneer Athlete of the Week for the week of October 14th.
 
Mendoza had an excellent outing during a midweek matchup at Russell Sage. Mendoza sent in 3 shots during the conference contest, coming away with 2 goals in a 3-0 defeat of the Gators. Mendoza’s brace pushed the Pioneers to victory on Wednesday and secured a vital win in the Empire 8 playoff race.
 
Mendoza and Pioneer Men’s Soccer will face off with Hartwick on Wednesday at Casamento Field before heading to Nazareth on Saturday.
