Alyssa Langston has been selected as Pioneer Athlete of the Week for the week of March 3rd, 2025.

Langston had an outstanding outing for the Pioneer gymnastics team this past Sunday. The freshman from Texas claimed the highest score on bars during the meet, beating out all competitors from both teams with a 9.825. Langston’s score also registered as a new program record, beating out Emmy Graff’s previous total of 9.625. Langston’s total contributed to what was an extremely competitive meet, with the Pioneers finishing just short of Cortland, grabbing a team score of 189.325.
