Mike Pepperine returns for a fourth season as a UC assistant in 2020. As a lifelong resident of Oneida County, Mike has contributed to area baseball on a regular basis. Through coaching, sponsorships, and donations, he has been there to support local leagues and programs over the last 20+ years.
In addition to his three years as a Pioneer, Mike has also served as Bench Coach in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League from 2014-2016 with the Utica Brewers/Blue Sox, and again in 2019 with the Mohawk Valley Diamond Dawgs. He has been fortunate to work with a tremendous amount of quality baseball talent, both players and coaches during that time, including the Late Don English, Rich Constable, Dave Guido, Mark Moriarty, Joe Milazzo, Dan Bollana, Ben Julian and Cory Haggerty.
Mike would also like to thank all of the excellent Grad Assistants at UC that have aided in his development and have also become close friends, including Angel Zapata, Chris Podlucky, Adam Pexton, Bryce Patterson, and Joe Perrotta.
Mike played High School Baseball at Thomas R. Proctor for two seasons and briefly attended MVCC before pursuing a career in Law Enforcement. He is currently working on his BS in Sport Management at Post University, and continues to reside in nearby Whitesboro with his beloved family.
