UTICA, NY – The Utica College volleyball team lost to Ithaca College 3-1 Wednesday night at the Clark Athletic Center in Empire 8 action.
The Pioneers took the third game of the night 30-25. In that third game, the Pioneers had 10 kills.
Senior
Christine Mylott (Leeds, NY/Catskill) had nine digs in the match. Freshman
Melissa Austin (Castorland, NY/Beaver River) had nine kills while junior
Karen Crisanti (Geneva, NY/Geneva) and freshman
Brielle Swerdlin (Chester, NJ/West Morris Mendham) each had eight.
The Pioneers' record now stands at 6-16 on the year. They return to action Tuesday, October 17th when they host cross-town rival SUNY IT.
