UC FIELD HOCKEY LOSES AT BROCKPORT

The Utica College field hockey team fell to host Brockport St. 2-1 on Saturday afternoon in non-conference play.

Sophomore Katie Kutas (New York Mills/New York Mills) scored the lone goal for the Pioneers late in the second half off an assist from freshman Theresa Starling (Little Falls/Little Falls).

Sophomore Maggie Wright (Missiquoi Valley/Franklin, VT) had 16 saves on the day.

The Pioneers' record now stands at 8-6 overall. They will return to action Wednesday, October 25th at 4:00 p.m. when they host Hartwick in Empire 8 action.
