Therrien improved to 13-2 overall on the year, while the nation's leading goaltender, Hobart's Nick Broadwater stopped 18 shots and falls to 11-3-2.
Utica improves to 14-3 and 5-2 in the ECAC West while the Statesmen drop to 14-2-2 and 6-1-1 in the conference. Hobart will take on Elmira College Friday at 7 p.m. Meanwhile, the Pioneers return home next weekend for a big ECAC West Conference weekend against Neumann and Manhattanville. Face-off is scheduled for 7p.m. both Friday and Saturday.
