Daniel Fadden (Lakeland, NY/Bishop Ludden) guided the Pioneers as he battled in the fourth spot losing to Fisher's Bryan Hanley 6-2 and 6-3 in singles.

Jon Gorman (South Kingstown, RI/South Kingstown) partnered up in doubles putting up a fight before losing 8-3 in the first set of paired competition.
UC is now 3-5 overall and remains winless at 0-5 in the Empire 8 play while the Cardinals move their overall mark to 4-9 including a 2-2 record in league play. Utica hits the road Wednesday as it travels to Keuka College for a 4 p.m. set start before wrapping up the season at home against Hartwick in the conference season-finale on Saturday, April 28th.
