The Pioneers move to 15-8 overall and they are currently tied for fourth in the conference with St. John Fisher College with a 4-4 mark in league play.  Nazareth moves to 8-14 and 3-7 in the conference.

UC added seven more runs in the next three innings to seal the victory.  Ogren blasted her second home run of the season, a three-run shot to put the Pioneers up 12-0.  Sophomore Abby Monroe (Watertown, NY/General Brown) threw a one-hit shutout for her tenth victory of the season.

Utica 1, Nazareth 2- Game Two Final
The second game of the day was a pitcher's duel as the game remained scoreless through three full innings.  The Golden Flyers were able to plate one run in the fourth to break the deadlock.  The Pioneers got the run back in the top of the seventh inning off a homer from Chelsea Mornoe, however Naz used a walk off home run in the bottom of the inning to earn the 2-1 victory.

Christy Traglia (Mohawk, NY/Mohawk) was 2-for-4 in game two, while Ogren was 2-for-3.  Abby Monroe (Watertown, NY/General Brown) struck out four and allowed just three hits in the loss, while Nicole Bayona gave up six hits in the circle for Nazareth.
