Utica, NY (4-9-14) – The Utica College men's tennis team lost its fifth straight Wednesday afternoon to Empire 8 rival Nazareth College, 9-0, at the Utica College Tennis Courts. Sophomore
Raphael Warnon (Rock Tavern, NY/Washingtonville ) guided the Pioneers as he recorded three points in singles play and aided another three points in doubles competition.
UC falls to 1-5 overall including a 0-3 mark in E8 play and remains home to welcome Houghton College Friday for a 4 p.m. match at the UC Tennis Courts. Naz moves its season record to 2-9 overall while evening its' conference record at 2-2 and returns to the courts Saturday to host Stevens for a 2 p.m. scheduled start.
