Utica, NY – Utica College field hockey (4-11 overall, 3-4 conference) will be at home for their next contest, as they will host SUNY Geneseo (6-8 overall, 4-2 conference). This non-conference game will be Thursday night at 7 p.m. at Charles A. Gaetano Stadium.

Jordan Noga (Marcy, NY/Whitesboro) all scored a goal in the team's 3-2 victory over Houghton.

Scouting Geneseo: SUNY Geneseo is currently on a five game winning streak heading into Thursday's matchup against Utica College. In this five game stretch they have outscored their opponents 26-2. Junior Giovanna Fasanello leads the team in goals with 11, assists with nine, and total points with 31. The goalkeeper Nicole Gregg has made 69 saves on the year and has allowed 33 goals scored against her.
Against Geneseo: The Pioneers are 10-3 all time against SUNY Geneseo. In last years matchup Geneseo defeated Utica 2-1.
Tori Couture (Auburn, ME/Edward Little ) scored the lone goal for the team in that game four minutes into the first half. After going down 2-1 early into the second half Utica outshot Geneseo 11-9 in the period, but were unable to tie the game up.
