HOUGHTON, NY- The Utica College volleyball team dropped its final games of the season as it fell 3-0 to both Hiram College and Keuka College on the final day of the Houghton College Tournament on Saturday.

Utica 0, Hiram 3- Game One Final
Hiram jumped out to a 25-15 win in the first set and maintained control of the match by taking the second and third sets by a score of 25-10 each. The Terriers also had 12 aces, while holding the Pioneers without an ace in the match.

Senior
Brandi Blaszak (Marcy, NY/Whitesboro) led the way in game one as she totaled seven kills, while sophomore
Hannah Voss (St. Louis, MO/Oakville) had a team-high eight assists and eight digs.Â
Paige Klock (Herkimer, NY/Herkimer) and
Nicole Herringshaw (Syracuse, NY/Cicero-North Syracuse) each chipped in with three kills on the attack, while Herringshaw also totaled one block.

Utica 0, Keuka 3- Game Two Final
Despite holding a 7-1 advantage in blocks, Utica was not able to overcome a 25-11 loss in the first set and the Wolfpack went on to win its 13
th match of the season.

Nicole Herringshaw (Syracuse, NY/Cicero-North Syracuse) led Utica with seven kills, while
Brandi Blaszak (Marcy, NY/Whitesboro) and
Hannah Voss (St. Louis, MO/Oakville) combined for five kills. Herringshaw also tallied a team-best six blocks. Voss led the Pioneers with six assists, while freshman
Monique Fletcher (Waterford, CT/Norwich Free Academy) the led squad with seven digs.Â

Utica wraps up the season with a 6-30 record. Utica graduates just one senior in
Brandi Blaszak (Marcy, NY/Whitesboro), who wraps up her career as the program's all-time leader with 1,023 kills.Â
