Maria Orsino (Sauquoit, NY/Sauquoit) scored the lone goal for UC for her first score of the year.

The Cardinals went up 1-0 in the first half, but Orsino evened the score at 51:05 as she buried a crossing pass from junior
Rylee Meelan (Clinton, NY/Clinton). Fisher responded just 1:07 later and added two more scores in the final six minutes of action to improve to 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the E8.

Samantha Whitehouse (Greenwich, NY/Greenwich) made eight saves in net, while classmate
Jordan Noga (Marcy, NY/Whitesboro) tallied her league-leading fifth defensive save of the season. Fisher's Ashley Maynard had three saves in the win.

The Pioneers (5-3, 2-2 Empire 8) return to action Tuesday as they travel to local rival, Hamilton College. Game time is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
