Utica, NY - The Utica College men's soccer team dropped to 6-2-2 on the year with a 4-0 loss on the road against Hamilton. This marks the first loss in nearly a month for the Pioneers, as the last time they dropped a match was on Sept. 7 against Morrisville State in overtime.
Hamilton notched two goals in each half, with the first two coming from Jake Samieski and Ryan Ruffo, respectively. Hagop Kouchakdijan and Aidan Wood each added a goal in the second half as well to secure the Continentals' 4-0 win.

Randy Miksch (Lake Villa, IL/Warren Township) matched his career-best in saves with 12, a mark he last met on October 8th of last year against Middlebury.
Utica returns home looking to get things back on track this Saturday, hosting Elmira at 3 p.m. for the team's third Empire 8 matchup of the season.
