CLINTON, NY- The Utica College field hockey team fell to host Hamilton College 4-0 in non-conference action Wednesday evening.
 
The Continentals scored one goal in each of the first two quarters and tacked on two more insurance tallies in the fourth quarter to secure their sixth victory of the season.  Tracey Stafford and Lizzie Clarke each had two goals for Hamilton.
 
Sophomore goalie Megan Chamberlain (Queensbury, NY/Queensbury) made seven saves for Utica, while Maggie Reville and Emlyn Harris combined for the shutout for Hamilton.
 
The Pioneers (6-9, 4-1 Empire 8) look to bounce back Saturday as they travel to Hartwick College.  Game time is scheduled for 1 p.m.
