OSWEGO, NY - The Utica College men's tennis team looks to continue their winning ways on Sunday as they travel to the campus of SUNY Oswego to take on the Lakers in a non-conference matchup. The match is scheduled for 12 p.m.

Last Time Out: The Pioneers squeaked out a 5-4 home win over The Sage Colleges on Wednesday. Wins for the Pioneers came from Garrett Bortiatynski (Rome, NY/Holland Patent), Matt Zbytniewski (Newport, NY/West Canada Valley), and Paul Litvak (Brooklyn, NY/Abraham Lincoln) on singles, and the teams of Zbytniewski/Bortiatynski and Litvak/Ethan Trembley (Schenectady, NY/La Salle Institute) in doubles.

Going Streaking: The doubles team of Paul Litvak (Brooklyn, NY/Abraham Lincoln) and Ethan Trembley (Schenectady, NY/La Salle Institute) have won their last two matches together, and singles player Matt Zbytniewski (Newport, NY/West Canada Valley) has not lost in his last two singles matches he played.

A Look At The Standings: The Pioneers currently sit in 5th place in the Empire 8 conference with a conference record of 1-3.

Scouting Oswego: The Lakers come into this matchup with a record of 4-5 this season. The Pioneers and Lakers have already faced off once this season, with the Lakers taking a 6-3 decision. Utica had wins from Garrett Bortiatynski (Rome, NY/Holland Patent), Matt Zbytniewski (Newport, NY/West Canada Valley), and Austin McGrain (Pittsford, NY/Pittsford) in a losing effort at home.
