Utica, NY - The Utica College women's volleyball team is set to face Hamilton College on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. This marks match two of a seven-game home stand over the next two weeks for the Pioneers.
Last time out: The Pioneers fell in their home opener to the cross-town rival SUNY Poly Wildcats by a score of 3-1 Monday night. UC came out the gate firing on all cylinders, as they held a comfortable 10-0 lead to start things out in the first set. SUNY Poly clawed its way back, but Utica took the first set by a score of 25-18. The next two sets were neck and neck, but the Wildcats took both by only a two-point margin. They would then take the final set 25-16 to secure the match and their third win of the season.
