Rest of the Field: In addition to the hosts, Muhlenberg, and Utica, four other teams are set to compete. Arcadia University, the University of Bridgeport, Lackawanna Community College, and Maine Maritime Academy are also set to attend.
Notes From NJCU: Utica enters the weekend coming off a challenging trip to the NJCU Quad Meet, where the Pioneers faced three established regional opponents in New Jersey City, Frostburg State, and Alvernia Universities. While team points were limited, the lineup continued to gain valuable early-season experience across multiple weight classes, highlighted by a pair of scoring efforts from
Hannah Kusmierczak (Rome, NY/Holland Patent) at 145. Several Pioneers also logged additional mat time in exhibition bouts, including a late-day pin from Kusmierczak to close the event.
Up Next: The team will conclude their fall semester schedule with the Terrier Round Robin on Sunday, December 14th. The event will be hosted by Hiram College at the Price Gymnasium in Hiram, OH. The Pioneers kick off their 2026 slate with a tri-meet at Buffalo State on January 4th.
