UTICA, NY - The Utica University indoor men's track & field team wrapped up Day 2 at the Blue & Orange Invitational & Multi, hosted by Utica on Saturday evening.

Hunter Logan (Fort Plain, NY/Herkimer College) placed second overall in shot put with his 16.32m throw behind Isaiah Brunache of Cortland. Brunache is currently ranked second in the nation in shot put, while Logan is 10th overall.
Billie Mays III (Rome, NY/Rome Free Academy) placed 10th overall with a 13.98m throw and
Michael McNeil (Yarmouth, ME/Yarmouth) in 21st with a 12.71m throw.Â
Nolan Flynn (Bethel, CT/Bethel) and
Tanner Warren (Mohawk, NY/Central Valley Academy) took care of business in the 200m, with the two speedsters finishing first and second respectively in a stacked field that included over 128 entrants. Flynn and Warren both achieved a top time of 22:51, an excellent showing for the pair of Pioneer runners.

Spencer Borghardt (Melville, NY/St.Anthony's) placed fifth overall in weight throw with a 16.56m throw.
Joshua Talbot (Rome, NY/Rome Free Academy) placed 10th (14.84m).
Ellis Urgent (Cornwall, NY/Cornwall Central) showed out in long jump, marking a 6.94m jump and best for the second all-time in program history.

Kaiden McCaskill (Rome, NY/Rome Free Academy) placed fourth overall in high jump with a 1.87m leap.
Mason Renfrew (Phoenix, NY/Phoenix) finished in 11th with a 1.72m leap.
Cooper Jones (Rio Rancho, NM/Rio Rancho) rounded out the scoring for Utica in 17th with a 1.67m jump.

Anthony Leotta (Dix Hills, NY/Half Hollows Hills West) picked up 10th all-time in the 800m with a 2:01.13 run.Â

Kendron Golden placed 13th in the triple jump, scoring a 12.39m jump.
Patrick Wands (Whitesboro, NY/Whitesboro) finished in 16th (12.14m) and McCaskill 20th (11.88m).Â

The Pioneers head to Nazareth University for the DIII Elite Meet on Friday, February 14 and 15. Friday's events begin at 4 p.m. and Saturday's begin at 10 a.m.
