Biography

General: Graduate of Red Hook High School, pursuing a Master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition.   

Previous Accolades: 2022 Secton IV Class B Champion, 2022 MHAL All-Star selection, 2022 Section IV Top-50 List 

As a Freshman: Totaled 188 points while playing 459 minutes and playing in 16 games. Simmons received Empire 8 Third Team and Empire 8 Co-Rookie of the Week honors. She also made the Deans High Honors list for the spring of 2023 

As a Sophomore: Scored 140 points with 79 rebounds, 39 assists, 36 steals, and 7 blocks over 17 games 

As a Junior: Scored 338 points with 185 rebounds, 55 assists, 43 steals, and 11 blocks over 25 games.
