2016: One of two players that played in and started in all 40 games during the season … She led the team with the most at-bats, hits, and batting average going 41-for-138 with a batting average of .406 on the year … She also led the team in home runs, slugging percentage and on base percentage going for six homers, a .630 slugging percentage and an on base percentage of .461 … Leading the team with 26 stolen bases she was only caught stealing twice … During her 13 game hitting streak this season she had great back to back performances in wins against SUNY Poly going 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI’s (3/23/16); as well as going 4-for-5 in a game versus Skidmore College with three RBI’s and another home run (3/25/16) … She earned multiple honors after her senior season being named First Team All-Region and named First Team All-Conference in the Empire 8.

2014: Empire 8 All-Conference Honorable Mention... Started all 34 games for the Pioneers ... Second on the team and fourth in the conference with a .404 batting average ... Had a 17-game hitting streak, which lasted from March 19 to April 19 ... Led the team with 27 RBI and was a perfect 6-for-6 on stolen base attempts ... Tied for a team-high five home runs ... Hit two home runs and drove in seven runs in a win over Union (4/2/14).

2013: Appeared and started in 47 games ... Batted .424 on 61 hits in 144 at-bats ... Hit six home runs and drove in 35 runs ... Finished season with .923 fielding percentage ... Named to first-team 2013 National Fastpitch Coaches Association Northeast All-Region Team ... Named Empire 8 Conference Rookie of the Year.

Personal: Alysa is a 2012 graduate of Mechanicville High School and is the daughter of Terri and Todd Russell… She is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing.
