Utica University Athletics

2016: Started in 13 games during the season as he played in all 15 games for the Pioneers … He scored two goals on the season as well as snagging a career high of 29 ground balls which was the third highest on the team … He also caused seven turnovers over the course of the season … The Empire 8 honored him at the end of the season by naming him Utica College’s representative as the team’s Sportsman of the Year.

2015: Appeared in 13 games over the course of the season … He finished the season scooping up a total of 18 ground balls, causing five turnovers and had one assist … His one assist was actually his first career assist here at Utica College coming in the team’s 13-2 victory over SUNY Poly (3/7/15).

2014: Played in six games for the Pioneers ... Scored only goal in 19-2 win over Houghton (4/26/14) ... Took two shots ... Scooped up four ground balls  ... Caused four turnovers on the season.

2013: Appeared in five games for UC … Scored one goal for the year … Scooped up three groundballs … Scored his only goal in the Pioneers’ win over Houghton (4/10/13).

Personal: Brandon is a 2012 graduate of Shaker High School and is the son of Dawn and Robert Souza... He is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology.
