2014: DePalma’s junior season began at the SUNYIT Short Course Invitational (8/30/14) with a time of 23:02… Finished 8^th at the Steven Warde Invitational (9/6/14) with a time of 21:00.5… Ran a season best time of 20:30.7 putting her in 73^rd place at the Hamilton College Cross Country Invitational (10/1//14)… Placed 44^th at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championships (11/1/14) with a time of 20:38.0… Finished the year in 198^th place at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships (11/15/14) with a time of 26:16.9.

2013: DePalma started her sophomore season tying for 24^th out of 83 runners at the 7^th Annual Wildcat Invite, clocking in with a time of 22:03 and as a team the Pioneers placed second at the meet… Placed sixth out of 64 runners at the Steven Warde Invitational (9/7/13), averaging a 6:23.4 mile pace as she finished with a time of 19:51.0, and the team placed first the meet … At her third meet of the season, she placed 80^th at the Saratoga Cross Country Invitational (9/20/13) with a 21:25.7 …  Clocked a 24:59.1 at the 35^th Annual Geneseo Cross Country Invitational (10/5/13), placing 95^th out of 268 runners … Finished 35th out of 90 runners at the Hamilton Cross Country Invitational (10/12/13) with a time of 19:59.1, helping the team place third at the meet … Placed 48^th out of 76 runners at the NYSCTC Cross Country Championships (10/26/13), with a 25:21.3 …  Finished 43^rd at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championship with an end time of 20:44.2… Placed 4^th for UC and 180^th overall at the 2013 Division III Atlantic Regional’s with a final time of 25:02. 

2012: Named to the Empire 8 All-Conference second-team as a freshman … Opened up her collegiate campaign at the Colgate Invite finishing 60th overall out of 110 runners from Division I, II and III with a final time of 18:00 … Finished fifth for UC and sixth overall in her second race for the Pioneers clocking a final time of 19:45 at the Steven A. Warde Invite on 9/8/12 … Placed middle of the pack finishing 108th out of 216 at the Williams Invite on 9/22/12 with a final 24:55 … Tallied 22nd overall at the Hamilton Invite clocking a final time of 19:43 … Finished fifth for Utica and 63rd overall at the NYSCTC Championship with a time of 25:38 … Recorded her best finish and time of the season at the Empire 8 Conference Championships placing second for UC and 12th overall out of 98 racers with a final time of 19:04 … Concluded a solid first year finishing second for the Pioneers and 97th overall at Regionals clocking a final time of 24:06.

Personal: Sarah is a 2012 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School and is the daughter of Cheryl Rockwell and Stanley DePalma... She is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing/Psychology.
