2016: Over the course of the season she played in and started in all 16 games … She scooped up 14 ground balls, came up with two draw controls and caused 13 turnovers … She tallied up a season high of three caused turnovers as well as snagging two ground balls against St. John Fisher (4/2/16).

2015: Started in 14 games while she played in all 15 for the team … While on the field she contributed by picking up 23 total ground balls and causing 14 turnovers on the year … She also secured three draw controls and took care of the ball finishing with only three turnovers all season … Against Elmira College she set a career high with five ground balls and caused two turnovers as Utica went on to win 20-11 (4/18/15).

2014: Started all 16 games for the Pioneers ... Took five shots with two on goal ... Scooped up 20 ground balls ... Caused six turnovers ... Secured eight draw controls ... Helped UC outscore opponents 174-140 on the year.

2013: Started all 15 games for UC … Helped lead a defense that allowed just 7.67 goals per game … Picked up seven groundballs … Forced seven turnovers on the year … Scooped up a season-high two groundballs in the Pioneers’ win over Potsdam (3/9/13).

Personal: Lisa is a 2012 graduate of Corcoran High School and is the daughter of Joyce and Paul Howden... She is currently pursuing her degree in Nursing.
