2015: She ran in seven different meets for the Pioneers during the season … She ran her best 5K time of the season at the Saratoga Invitational as she finished in 21:13.3 (9/12/15) … She was close to matching her best time at the Empire 8 Championships with a time of 21:17.3 in the 5K race (10/31/15) …Her fastest 6K time was 25:07.2 at the 2015 NYSCTC XC Championship (10/24/15).

Personal: Maya is a 2015 graduate of Freeport High School and the daughter of Sollisa and Lamar Henson … She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management.
