2016: Participated in seven meets for the team during the indoor season … As a thrower the two events he competed in were the shot put and the weight throw … His personal best shot put distance of 11.60M was recorded at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational (2/20/16) … His best weight throw mark was 11.55M and he did that at the Utica College Doris Miga Invitational (2/6/16).
 
Throughout the course of the outdoor season he competed in eight meets … He participated in the shot put, discus toss, and javelin toss during the season … The best discus toss of the season came at the Jerry Gravel Classic with a mark of 43.58M (4/16/16) … His best javelin distance of the year was 40.64M which he recorded at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (3/26/16).

Personal: Manford is a 2014 graduate of Old Bridge High School and the son of Julia and Jude Manford Jr ... He is currently pursuing a degree in Communication.
