Matt Goodman was hired in the Summer of 2017 as an athletic assistant responsible for the outside linebackers. He will also take on duties as a strength and conditioning assistant, administrative assistant, recruiting, and film breakdown.

Goodman is a 2017 graduate of SUNY Cortland where he majored in Communication Studies. During his time at SUNY Cortland, he played in 42 games and won special team’s player of the year as a junior. As a senior, he was third on the team in tackles, and was selected as a game captain. Following his senior season he was invited to a local pro day with the New York Jets.

Originally from Closter, NJ, he currently resides in Utica and is pursuing a master’s in Business at Utica College.
