Seth Williams is entering his fourth season as an assistant football coach at Utica College.  He serves as the Running Backs Coach, Recruiting Coordinator, and Video Coordinator for the football program.  He also serves as the Offensive Coordinator for the Junior Varsity program.

Before coming to Utica College, Williams served as an assistant coach at St John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, coaching the Wide Receivers.  During his time with the Cardinals – both as a player and coach – Williams was a part of a program that posted some of the best seasons in program history, culminating in a Final Four appearance.  During his tenure at Fisher, Williams was able to work with all aspects of the offense, coordinating the Junior Varsity Offense and Special Teams, as well as being heavily involved in the Video/Technology aspect of the program.  Williams came to Fisher as a quarterback from Penfield High School in Rochester, NY.

Williams originally came to Utica College to coach the Tight Ends, a position he held for three seasons.  Under his guidance, the program boasted program bests in production from the Tight End position, including a two time First Team All-Conference Selection and All American (Matt Dunn).  He also served as the Junior Varsity Head Football Coach for the 2013 Season, leading the team to its first – and only – undefeated season in program history.

Williams recruits Section 4, the Southern Tier, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Originally from North Little Rock, Arkansas, Williams attended Penfield High School in Rochester, NY.  He earned a bachelor’s degree from St John Fisher College in Rochester, NY in History with a minor in Communications.  He currently resides in Utica, NY and is pursuing a master’s degree in Education.
