2014: Played in 11 games… Recorded a career-high 62 tackles, 30 unassisted, and 13.5 for a loss of 71… Had 12 sacks for loss of 68 yards, both of which are program records… Forced one fumble and recovered three for a gain two yards… Had two quarterback hits and three pass breakups… Named Empire 8 Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in Utica’s 31-21 victory over Buffalo State in which he had seven tackles (3.5 for a loss of 13 yards), three sacks for a loss of 12 yards, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery for two yards… Named to the Empire 8 All-Conference First Team… Named to the D3football.com All-East Region Second Team… Named to the ECAC North All-Star First Team… Named Defensive Lineman of the Year by the coaching staff.

2013: Played in 10 games… Recorded 51 tackles, 34 unassisted, and 3.5 for a loss of 14 yards… Had 2.5 sacks for a loss of 12 yards… Forced two fumbles… Had a pass breakup in UC’s 25-16 victory over Union College… Named an Empire 8 All-Conference Defensive Honorable Mention.

2012: Named Defensive Rookie of the Year by the coaching staff.

Personal: Nick is a 2012 graduate of Thomas R. Proctor High School and is the son of Jennifer and Robert Woodman … He is currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations.
