Jeffrey Conley

Jeffrey Conley was hired as an athletic assistant for the Utica College men’s lacrosse program in the Fall of 2019. He will be responsible for assisting Head Coach Mike Parnell with all facets of the Pioneers’ lacrosse program including scouting, recruiting, practice and game preparation along with day-to-day operations in the office.

A 2017 graduate of Merrimack College, Conley holds his baccalaureate degree in Psychology. He also is a 2015 graduate of Onondaga Community College where he received a two-year degree in general studies.

He is a three-time collegiate national champion between his playing and coaching careers. 

His most recent coaching experience is with Onondaga, where he served as an assistant lacrosse coach for the NJCAA Champion Lazers during the 2017-18 school year. He also had a storied NJCAA career at Onondaga Community College, where he won the NJCAA national title as a player in 2014. He played in fifteen games as a long stick midfielder on that edition of the Lazers.

At the NCAA level, he played in six games with LeMoyne as a Freshman while the Dolphins marched to the 2013 Division II National Championship. He later spent one season on the varsity lacrosse roster at Merrimack. While at Merrimack, Conley also served as the head coach of the men’s club lacrosse team for over a year.

He also has been a part of the staff in youth lacrosse day camps with Onondaga, and with his high school alma mater at Liverpool. In high school, he was a multiple-time Central New York Counties League All-Star.

Conley is also experienced in the customer service realm as a home theater installation technician, and as a successful watch salesman.

He currently resides in Utica, and is pursuing a Master’s degree.
