Robyn Carroll was named an athletic assistant for the Utica College women’s lacrosse program in the Summer of 2017.
Prior to joining the staff at Utica she spent one season as an assistant coach at William Smith College. In her time at William Smith, Carroll helped the Herons win a Liberty League title as well as an Elite Eight finish in the NCAA Tournament.
Carroll graduated from SUNY Canton in May of 2016 where she earned a Bachelors in Sports Management. She was a four-year member of the Roos’ lacrosse team. The ECAC Offensive Player of the Year finished her career with 225 points on 176 goals and 49 assists. Carroll made program history when she finished her senior year with 89 points. Carroll was a two-time ECAC First Team All-Star. She was also a four-year member of the volleyball team, earning USCAA All-American in 2014 and 2015 and garnering a spot on the ECAC All-Star second team. In addition, Carroll was named SUNY Canton’s Athlete of the Year in 2015.
Carroll served as a member of Student Athlete Advisory Committee during her four years at Canton. She was involved in Special Olympics programming and Habitat for Humanity. Carroll was also chosen to attend the Team Canada training camp for the 2017 World Cup Lacrosse Team.
