Hannah Mackey (Locke, NY/Moravia Central), the nation's leading scorer, advanced her scoring streak to 13 games as she netted two goals for the Pioneers.
Utica improved to 15-1 overall headed into their final non-conference contest of the season on the road Wednesday when they take on Oneonta State. The stage is also set for a battle of undefeated Empire 8 teams, with hosting rights for the Empire 8 Conference Tournament on the line, when the Pioneers (7-0 in Empire 8 play) host St. John Fisher College (7-0) next Saturday in their regular season finale at 1 p.m.
Mackey got the Pioneers off to a quick start when she netted two goals in a span of 3:18 to give Utica a 2-0 advantage at the 16:20 marker against RPI. Mackey now has 32 goals this season.

Alaina Stojkovski (Liverpool, NY/Cicero-North Syracuse) capped the scoring on the day with her 10
th goal of the season in the 63
rd minute to seal the victory for the Pioneers.
UC outshot RPI 25-8 on the afternoon and Pioneer freshman goalie
Samantha Whitehouse (Greenwich, NY/Greenwich) stopped four shots as she picked up her fifth win of the season. The shutout was the first of Whitehouse's collegiate career.
The Pioneers also earned a 7-5 advantage in penalty corner opportunities.
RPI goalie Hannah Clough made 12 saves in the loss for the Engineers.
